Swim tests are managed and administered by NV Pools.

In order to swim out of reach of an adult guardian, you must be able to:

1. Swim the length of the pool
2. Tread water for one minute

Please note that “swimming out of reach of an adult guardian” includes using the diving board. There is no age that exempts swimmers from the swim test requirement, as age is not necessarily an indicator of ability.

The swim test rules are posted visibly in the pool office in the event of questions or concerns.
